Overview

At Canada Auto Lending, we specialize in the generation and distribution of high-quality leads to automotive dealerships. All leads are sold on a pre-purchased basis and delivered through our proprietary lead distribution system.

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our services, the timing of delivery, and the limitations of our obligations. By purchasing leads from Canada Auto Lending, you agree to this Fulfillment Policy.

1. Service Description

Our service involves sourcing, qualifying, and delivering consumer leads interested in automotive products or financing. Leads are categorized by geography, vehicle type, credit profile, or other relevant filters as specified in your service agreement.

2. Fulfillment Process

  • Leads are delivered digitally via API, CRM integrations, or secure email based on your system configuration.
  • Fulfillment begins once payment is received and campaign criteria (such as targeting and volume) are confirmed.
  • Leads are delivered continuously, subject to availability and pacing guidelines outlined in your agreement.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery of leads typically begins within 24–72 hours after payment and campaign activation.
  • Lead volume is delivered over the agreed-upon campaign duration or until the pre-purchased quantity is fulfilled.
  • Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen system maintenance, but we make every effort to avoid disruption.

4. Lead Replacement or Dispute Resolution

  • Ineligible leads (e.g., disconnected numbers, invalid emails) may be eligible for replacement if reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Eligibility for replacement is at Canada Auto Lending's sole discretion and may require proof (e.g., call logs, screenshots).
  • No refunds are issued once leads have been delivered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Conversion

We guarantee delivery of leads that meet the targeting criteria, but we do not guarantee conversions, sales, or loan approvals. The effectiveness of leads depends on your internal sales process and follow-up practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

Canada Auto Lending shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the leads provided. Our maximum liability under any agreement is limited to the amount paid for the undelivered or disputed portion of leads.
